Why did I choose to create this you ask? You didn’t ask? That’s okay, I’ll answer anyway. As a better writer then I once wrote,

“This is remembrance – re-visitation; and names are keys that open corridors no longer fresh in the mind, but nonetheless familiar in the heart." (Markham, West With the Night, 1)

I’m not sure what I want to do with my life, so unsure I began to get a bit Existential. A few weeks ago I heard Museum of Childhood by Auri, an ethereal, dreamlike bath bathing me in warmth. Prompting a period of deep introspection, memories long abandoned began to bubble to the surface. Every item in the collection is accompanied by a memory from my childhood, some happy, some sad. Please spend as much time as you like, relax, unwind and I hope you enjoy.

The quote is from West with the Night by Beryl Markham, a diary of her life as a pilot in Africa.

The image on the right is of Auri and Kvothe from the Kingkiller Chronicles. The painting is by Alsdale. Her painting was in turn inspired by a sketch from MartAiConan.
