Life is stressful, you know it and I know it. Here are a few tips to get that stress out of your system.
Option 1, cliff diving. In dungeons and dragons, characters take 1d10 for every 10 feet of falling. Naturally we can assume the same rules apply to real life. Therefore, you can safely jump off a cliff, immediately die, and have your friend quickly cast a 9th level revivify spell to wake you up. You'll be as good as new in no time, stress free guaranteed.
Getting fired. Nothing relieves stress by not having a job anymore, and the quickest way to no longer work is getting fired. There are a number of ways to achieve this, the most effective method is simply walking away as your boss screams your name into the distance. Another quick fix is to steal something valuable preferably in plain view of a security camera. A third option is to become the CEO of the company, run the entire operation into the ground, and enjoy a stress free life as you and your coworkers are all now unemployed.
My final remedy for a stressful life is finding hobbies, being social, and making friends. Now for some of you, this is the hardest of the three. when I was a kid I got fired dozens of time without fear. It wasn't until I became an adult and went to therapy that I was able to work up the courage to talk to people. You may hate your job, feel like a failure, and live in squalor, but if you're with friends you can have fun with, it can make things a whole lot better.
Since I mentioned it, I should probably give a few tips for finding friends in the first place. An easy method is to join a group around one of your hobbies. These could be clubs for board games, table tennis or travelling. If you don't have any hobbies, find a group that seems interesting and go for it. If it sucks, you can go once and never go back. Lord knows I've done that a time or two. If that's too scary, go online to find a few hobbies you can try at home, then when you're ready try to find a local group that hosts events based on one you like. Examples may include baking, painting, reading, movies, journalism, basketball, CrossFit, rock climbing, road tripping, and rocking out in a pink band at a tiny night club. You can also join group therapy, or if you have a social working environment maybe you can find an activity with some of your coworkers?
Even though making friends is hard, it's the best remedy I've ever found for making my life better. Making friends is Like butter on a pancake. People can be cold at first, but as they get to warm up to you, watch as your worries slowly melt away.
