A room with red lines that appear different but are in fact the same height

This is an example of the Müller-Lyer illusion. Those who awnsered both lines are the same are correct. Their are two things going on here. The first is perspective. It's almost impossible to see line B as smaller becuase we see it as the height of the entire wall. The ticket window only takes up a small portion of the wall and therefore must be shorter then the other line. The second is the angled lines at the end points of both lines. The lines pointing inwards on the ticket window make the vertical line look shorter. The lines protruding outward on line B make it look longer.
